2012 SENIOR ALL NIGHT PARTY RULES




TO: Dakota Seniors and Parents

FROM: Senior All Night Party Committee 2012


SUBJECT: Senior All Night Party Information


  1. Tickets can be purchased now until June 1, 2012 for $80.


  1. Doors to Dave & Busters will open to accept the students at 10:30 pm until 11:30 pm. At 11:31 pm, the doors will lock for the night except for chaperones entering and exiting.


  1. Phone calls will be made starting at 11:31 pm to those parents who requested they be notified if their child has not been checked in.


  1. Doors remain locked down until 6:00 am at which time everyone goes home.


  1. In case of an emergency or illness, the student will not be allowed to leave until their parents have been notified. In the event the student drove himself or herself, it will be determined if the student is capable to drive home or if the parent should come to pick them up.


  1. This evening is to be smoke, drug, and alcohol free. If it is determined that a student has used an illegal substance, Utica Police will be contacted and will administer a Breathalyzer test if alcohol is suspected. If the suspicion is correct, the police will take them to the police station in Utica where they will call the parent and notify them of the situation. The Senior All Night Party Committee and Dave & Busters will fully cooperate with the police. Dave & Busters has a strict policy and will not tolerate any student on the premises having consumed an illegal substance.


  1. The Student Code of Conduct will be enforced for this event!


  1. Comfortable clothing is suggested. Socks must also be worn when playing some of the games.


  1. NO PURSES OR BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED INTO DAVE & BUSTERS.


  1. No food or beverages may be brought in that night. Everything will be provided all night long.


  1. Any medication that must be administered must be in its original container and be subscribed to that student.
