- Responses were provided
to the following questions:
- The $800 postage budget
was used to mail the parents a letter letting them
know that this year they would need to pick up their cougar day packets.
- Will the information in
the Data Director be able to be shared with parents? At this time the
information is for teachers to see where their students fall as a class.
- If a student is absent on
9/23 for testing can they make it up? Due to the
length of time required to take these test, not sure they can be made
up.

by the general membership.
Old Business:
. None
New Business:
- By-Law Amendment: to put
in the by-laws the requirement of two signatures on any checks written
from the Booster club. This is already a current practice; it
was needed to be written into the by-laws which were passed by the general
membership.
- The amendment was read aloud
for those who were illegal to vote.
- A questions was asked if
there was away to see what % of which team has been represented, if
you have more than one student and more than one sport to represent
how do you know which team needs the credit . Team Liaisons would
hopefully alleviate this confusion.
